Tree Trimming & Vegetation Clearing

THEA is preparing for construction to improve the Selmon Expressway. These initial construction activities consist of tree trimming, clearing, removing vegetation, and, in some cases, removal of trees on THEA’s property adjacent to homes and businesses along the Selmon Expressway. 

THEA has directed the contractor to work alongside an arborist, in accordance with industry standards and environmentally responsible practices. We are taking every precaution to only remove trees that are necessary for construction activities to minimize impacts to nearby neighbors. 

Prior to the start of work, adjacent homes and businesses directly impacted by tree trimming and clearing activities will be notified via a door knock and/or door card – explaining the work required and any coordination that may be necessary.
